There are two routes available; 35 miles and 50 miles. Starting at The Palace Grounds, Friary Road, Armagh, both routes head to Caledon via the Killyleagh Road. At Caledon the 35 mile route goes directly to the award winning, picturesque village of Glaslough. The 50mile route loops around to Aughnacloy and Emyvale before arriving in Glaslough. The Coachhouse Bar is the venue for lunch. Then after lunch both routes head homeward bound through Middletown and Keady. From Keady it’s mostly downhill to Armagh. Arriving back at the Palace grounds, all cyclists will be rewarded with a medal and complimentary pizza and prosecco.
You’ll see links to interactive maps of both routes below. Whether it is an introduction to cycling – 35 mile route, or to increase your fitness level – 50 mile route, why not take part as a team and incorporate a social element to the event.
